This one was fun.
I mean..lots of fun.
Put it this way, both the bride and groom work for a major alcohol distributor and the wedding was in Santa Barbara. Do the math.![]()
Leah has such a bubbly, sweet personality that’s very contagious. You can’t help but laugh and have fun around her. Her sister and the rest of the bridesmaids were up to the task as well and made up quite possibly the all time best bridal party ever. One minute they were shooting pool, the next taking tequila shots. Rock on girls.
Add to this mix, the best group of vendors ever and you can see why I had such a blast.
Had the unbelievably awesome experience of working with Santa Barbara coordinator of epic proportions, Pamela Galvin . She is quite possibly the sweetest, most laid back coordinator of all time. The best! I will make a trip up there for the chance to work with her again any day. (She doesn’t have a website. She just doesnt roll like that.
)
Also got to team up with my good friend Danielle Biel of Skye Blu who took care of the photography aspect of this shindig. Since I know her so well you can imagine it was once again an exercise in silliness and sophmoric humor. (Though I was disappointed in her lack of courage when she didn’t show up in Leia Hair Buns like promised. Chewy was not happy with that. ; ) )She brought along her second shooter and good friend Adreanna who has a great sense of humor but with more of a dead pan delivery so she was a great mix with us. We still managed to do our jobs in spite of all of this and got some great stuff.
It truthfully wasn’t that hard with a beautiful couple like this who were not afraid to laugh and cry throughout the day.
Leah gave me a couple song suggestions and then both of them recorded some thoughts on the day of so this is what I came up with:
